DUDU7 Startup Animation - Cant seem to adjust

Hi,

Just intalled a DUDU7 and the startup animation goes wallpaper>360 camera spin>wallpaper everytime the ignition key is power cycled. Its annoying to be honest and I just want it to start on the wallpaper but i have been in the settings and cannot for the life of me seem to find where to change this.

Any help please?

DaveG пожалуйста опишите более подробно проблему, простыми предложениями. Используйте свой родной язык. Не понятно в чем именно у вас проблема. Анимация с камер 360 при включении? И вы хотите отключить ее?

When the DUDU7 starts, you get the Google logo/animation then it goes to the desktop/wallpaper. On my device when it is in the desktop/wallpaper it briefly brings up the 360 cameras and rotates all around the car for a few seconds then it goes back to the desktop. Every time the car is turned on. I dont want this. Sometimes it does it twice for some reason which is annoying.
Support chat instructions tell me to go to a setting which isn't there on my unit. (Settings/Car/Start Settings/Auto Enter Navigation (off)/Auto Start Software Management (off 360 Camera))

DaveG ок. Вы не хотите чтобы после включения и заставки гугл включалась камера 360 с круговым вращением автомобиля?
Если да. То вам нужно открыть приложение 360. Зайти в настройки этого приложения и в настройках отключить это. К сожелению я не помню точного названия пункта меню. Попробуйте найти его. Оно точно отключается в настройках приложения панорама 360.

It seems like your setting has the head unit to reboot from scratch when turned on (google animations etc)

In settings | Vehicle | Startup

The first option at the top allows you to change this to sleep mode or shutdown, change it to sleep mode and check if that’s what your looking for.

It's set to Sleep just now. I have tried both Shutdown and sleep, both keep the same issue.

Ok, I’m not able to help further sorry, I don’t have the 360 system so unsure how that could impact things, but it could be a harness power wiring issue, but I’m sure someone will be able to advise if it could be related.

If you don’t get a response here, you could also try the telegram group I via the DUDU7 channel or possibly if it’s a wiring issue, the HW Installation Support channel.

I found the setting finally!

I was in the 360 settings before but missed this.

Solution: Settings>360 Panorama app>Model Set>Look Around On Start moved to OFF
