  • Which Dudu7 for Fiat Ducato Van

ManOfScience Out of curiosity, did you contact Mekede/Dudu sales directly? Loads of people on here are saying that's the way to go and I'm thinking 5hey would most likely be the ones to know most about their own product and most willing to help. Then again, I may be wrong that's why I'm asking.

      I have been trying to install the supplied Simple Soft canbus on my 2019 Ducato...though it does not have a Ducato option on there...I tried a few different options under Fiat...but with no success..

      Any ideas..??

          Rigstud I am doing the same on a Mercedes Sprinter (2m x 3m x 5.5m) so I have the same 360 camera design concerns.

          I spent today doing testing on the DUDU 360 Cameras - some valuable discoveries! I'll post shortly...

              CDRX , I've contacted my seller (DUDUAUTO Global Store on AliExpress) and some other official sellers there and on Alibaba as well. As far as I have been able to find out, that is the most 'direct' way to interact with Mekede & Dudu other than these Forums and the Telegram channel.

              If you know a different way to communicate directly with the Manufacturer - skipping the Sales blockade, please let me know!

                  ManOfScience Thanks for the info. As I am not yet at the stage of buying, I have not contacted Mekede yet. I have however found the following link where direct whatsapp contacts are listed.                     I have fitted an 11.5" unit in a 2021 Citroen relay. I had to buy the suggested canbus adapter and fascia frame separately off AliExpress. Was the one suggested by another user. Hivision o think and it works perfectly. The frame I had to add some zip ties and screws to affix as it didn't clip to anything, not sure if I need D an additional frame. Have Tpms and 2k DVR, but not tried any 360 cameras, although I did purchase the unit with reqd chip.
