Dudu7 head unit reboots intermittently

My head unit DUDU7 reboots after I start driving. It takes about 5 minutes and then is fine. Sometimes it will do this ever other week and sometimes it does it two or three times a week. I use Car Play when I'm driving. I always connect by the usb because the connection is a little faster then Bluetooth. I have only had the unit for about 3 months now.

You set the device to sleep after turning off the engine, but when you start the vehicle, the device does not recover from sleep and instead restarts?
Is that what you want to express?

Vehicle>Start Set>Head Unit Startup Settings>Head Unit Status after lgnition Off: Sleep
This option needs to be turned on.
There is indeed a problem with this feature now, even if this option is turned on, sometimes the device will fail to sleep.
We will handle this issue.
