DUDU7 - Device crashed / won't turn on anymore

Figured out where to connect the G3 cable and now the unit booted fully. I am not able to Finish the initial setup as I don't know which canbus decoder model to select in step 6.

My car is not Corolla 2013 - 2019
It is Corolla Touring Sports 2019 - present which I told about from the beginning

Unfortunately the wheel buttons are not responding
Volume +/- and </> are ignored when I try to add them in the SWC functionality

When I try learning new buttons I keep the button pressed for long but nothing happens

Did the seller send me the wrong CANBUS decoder?

I think you would have better luck with Simple canbus module IMO not the RZC they sent you.

I think they've sent you the wrong canbus. You should have PN RZ FT-02. This is what I have in my Corolla. And the steering wheel buttons work without learning. I mean you should not learn the SWC buttons, they should work out of the box if you have the correct CAN Bus decoder installed. And for your comfort I have the same thing selected in the CAN Bus settings.

PN RZ FT-01 appears to work too. At least for now.

The issue was a connector not plugged in.
