Hi,

I live in Belgium and I own a BYD vehicle. I have installed Duduauto in my car, and everything works perfectly. However, to access additional features, I need to subscribe — and the payment can only be made via WeChat Pay.
Unfortunately, I have not been able to verify my identity with my ID card, as I am located in Belgium. I also cannot add funds to my account because my identity has not been validated. The verification can only be completed with a passport, but I don't have a passport because I don’t travel. My national identity card is not accepted by the system.
Could you please provide me with a solution?
Is it possible to make the payment through another method?
