  • Dudu7 13.6 cannot enter sleep mode after engine off

As titled - Dudu7 10.36" 12-512 bought Dec 2024 cannot enter sleep mode after engine shut off. Every time start engine, unit will reboot from the start again and have to wait.

In NAV SET configuration option - can choose either sleep or shutdown option. choose either option also same thing, when park car and engine off unit will fully shut down. Next start will reboot fully again and have to wait.

    ebackbone пожалуйста опубликуйте системную информацию, как это указанно по ссылке выше от @wwest2.
    Также проверьте правильность подключения красного и жёлтого провода основного разъема питания. На жёлтом проводе всегда должно быть +12в. На красном проводе появляется +12в когда включенной АСС и исчезает, когда АСС выключено.
