  • DUDU7 media app refresh?

I am using DUDU7 20241118 version. The Poweramp app and other media player apps are not able to load video files or MP3 files from a USB memory card and are just repeating infinite loading.
There is no problem if you copy media-related files from a USB memory stick to an Android all-in-one device and use the media app.
Also, if you browse the USB memory with an app like File Manager, there will be no problem.
In conclusion, there is no problem with the USB memory card or the USB input port. The problem is that when the media player related apps running on the DUDU7 firmware are refreshed, the USB memory card is not recognized in the USB input port and continues to load infinitely.
The C-type port on the back of the DUDU7 Android all-in-one device also has the same symptoms.

This is not just my problem, many users are experiencing the same symptoms. I sincerely ask you to check what the cause is.

P.S. I tested it in the same environment on DUDU6 7862 20241118 version and there were no problems and no symptoms mentioned above.

    Trouble
I didn't find this issue when using Poweramp.
Firstly, use the Add Folder or Storage option in the Poweramp application.
Unplug the USB flash drive and reopen the Poweramp application. Insert the USB drive and the Poweramp application will recognize songs.

The Poweramp app has issues intermittently.
And other media apps have issues all the time.
I also tested by replacing both the
4-pin and 6-pin cables, but the symptom persists.

Please load a video file onto a USB using the link app above, run it, and test it by pressing the back or home button.

        Trouble
Some applications do not have this issue, which proves that it is not a device or system issue.
This is a issue with the individual application itself, which needs to be solved by the developers of this application.

Do you mean to add this app to the app store?
I will inform my colleagues and let them determine whether to add it to the app store.

            Thank you !!!

The second one is a paid app. It would be illegal to add it.

I understand your reply. I would like to see the first app added.
