Hi i have a dudu7 8-128 screen in a 2014 kia soul with a simple canbus. The screen will not recognize any usb or dvr. I have tried so many options to get it to work. Can someone please help?.

      Ok thanks the block me for some reason. I connected the seller he keeps telling me to try everything you did and send videos. But no luck. Just keep saying he is taking to engineer.

                I have a 2018 silverado 1500, with a dudu7 10.3" display, 12x256G and I have a cable with purple and gray wires between maile and female connectors, with a single purple wire with a 2 pin plug on it. It appears to be for the steering wheel controls, but on my 18 silverado, the connectors do not seem to mate up with the ones on my truck. Is this the correct harness for steering wheel controls on my silverado?

                I figured out how to fix it.
                That harness does not work for steering controls on a 2018 silverado.
                Should be a tee harness that plugs in under steering wheel to the clock spring. I could not get such a harness thru Dudu so here was my fix.
                Remove clockspring connector under steering wheel. 2nd wire position is green/black data wire. Peel back some of harness material and tap into that green/black wire with a second wire. Run it up to radio. Connect it to a purple wire labeled KEY. (There are 2 others labeled KEY1 and KEY2 don't use them) The steering wheel controls worked immediately with no other messing around.
