How do you turn on and pair the steering wheel blue tooth add on controller by Dudu melee

I have the same problem I can't pair the Dodu steering well controller with the head unit. The Dudu7 does not find nothing.
The steering wheel controller is always on ?
How do put it on?

    ivanharti @Kendricktb75 first you have to install a new battery. It doesn't come with a battery out of the box.

      For future reference. I used CR2032 battery. battery slot slides out from the top.
      Hold middle button to pair. LED between blue and red buttons will blink.

      Will any Bluetooth steering wheel controller work? It will take a month or more to get Mekede official one.

        Neckbone This is the only steering wheel controller available for the docking system.
        We are not sure if other steering wheel controllers will work.

            DUDU-Meng I did get a cheap one off Amazon that actually works pretty good. I already have steering wheel controls but when I’m in the back adjusting stuff on amps and dsp it’s nice to have one to carry around

              I have one of these, my DUDU unit has not arrived yet though tried to test it with my current TS18 (eonon) unit but would not find it. Hopefully DUDU unit will clear UK customs soon

              For anyone that has the steering wheel controller, I’d like to flat mount this on my dashboard or similar instead of the steering wheel. Does it pop out of the wheel band at all or is it fixed in place?

              you have to mount it with that band. i have put it on my handbrake.
              it has round back so you cant mount it on flat surface.
              too bad.
              also too bad that color dots are not backlit :/
