I have purchased a dudu7 with a frame kit for a Toyota Prius 4 - 2017 model. I am looking for instructions or video on how to use the frame kit and install the 13 inch dudu7.

CarolP Hello. Did you get it installed? I also got Dudu7 for 2016 Prius and it does not fit. I think something is missing from the package.

no other videos besides what you can find on youtube. the wiki is the only other official doc

I cant see how it can possibly mount in my toyota hiace with what has been supplied and there are not install instructions.... thinking this product is a scam... no info online and cant get an info

Daz No need to be a broken record spamming the same message. Where did you order it from and have you spoke with the seller yet? Are you just having trouble lining up mounting screws or are you having bigger problems? I understand the lack of instructions can be frustrating but there is help...just need patience....or if you dont have that, best to return product.

Where did you purchase it? Alibaba? Then go to your order on alibaba and file a complaint and ask for support.
Phonenumber? Do you call Amazon if something is wrong? It doesn't work like that with online shops.

I had 5 previous units from different brands. Not one came with an installation instruction, only an A4 with what bunch of wires is for which functionality and numbered inputs where to put them into the unit. That was all.
Did you get that A4 (or Letter format)?

There is quite some info online. And what do you think you're missing apart from the missing install instructions? Because you do not mention that. Please explain.

And note: I do not respond because you were asking for an adult. I understand that you are frustrated, but this is not a friendly way of asking for support.

Edit: You could also do what a lot of buyers do: have it installed by a qualified engineer. It is not rocket science, but it's not peanuts either.

I sent all the information requested via amazon. I think I got charged twice for shipping of 2 products that got sent out together and I did not receive anything that will fit into my hiace dash...

Suggesting I am "spamming" when I am having trouble with your website starting a conversation isnt making me happier lol.... why not just have a customer phone number

So I spend over a $1000 Australian dollars on a little known brand here as a trial in one of my fleet vehicles and after waiting a long time to get a product that I have paid for... it arrives with out everything that I paid for... with no straight forward customer service and no apparent solution.... then this is your customer service... complaining to a customer because he is inconvenienced by your "companies" incompetence.... way to go... instead of engaging constructively and helping to find a solution... is there an adult there that maybe can have grown up conversations 🤔 😆😆😆

Daz buddy, 90% of the people engaging on this forum are just end users supporting each other with a new product. I don't work for this company but the developers that do are quick to respond to user problems when they are raised respectfully and in detail. I tried to get more insight and detail from you on exactly what you were struggling with....but if you just want to bitch and moan then you do you.

Return the product if the quality of a little known brand doesn't meet your expectations. I fully understand your gripe about the learning curve and lack of official documentation, and I made these same points myself....just look at my history....but I've also tried not to be a total jack ass when trying to learn more....
