• Why doesn't the steering wheel remote control work?

I recently purchased a Dudu7 head unit for my 2013 Honda Jazz. / Ultra, 12 GB/256 GB/ Everything works great except the remote on the handlebars does not control the head unit. What could be the reason for this? Do you need any additional modules? Please help me!

Ojika Try the square control learning in the setting.

Ojika have you at least read that post? You must long press on the small screen in the second photo and another image will appear. That screen is what the devs need to help you.

Ojika These should be the settings for SWC buttons

You must pair it (1st picture) and assign an action (app) (2nd picture)to each button. It doesn't work out of the box.

        Sincerely,

I would need a video that shows how to teach the Honda Jazz/Fitt factory steering wheel remote control, because unfortunately I can't get by without it. Please help!

Unfortunately, it was not possible to set the remote control on the steering wheel. I didn't get any useful information from anywhere. Thanks for trying to help!

There are two possibilities, check the SWC signal wire in the cable
1: If (SWC signal) enters the DUDU7 via G6 or G7, but cannot be learnt in Setup-Square Control Learning on the DUDU7, you need to check if the pins of the SWC signal cable and the negative terminal of the SWC are plugged in incorrectly or are not switched on, which results in the buttons not functioning and cannot be learnt. 2: If the SWC signal enters the protocol box, make sure that the serial communication plug on the back of the DUDU7 in area C is is connected correctly.

Thanks for the tip, I'll check it out!
