  • Touch screen sound stopped working

Hi everyone. I have DUDU7 head unit. I don't know what I did wrong, but the Touch screen sound stopped working.
But I have this feature enabled. Maybe there is some other feature that affects it. Any advice?

    picasso1850 I don't use gesture function.
    When I bought head unit a few days ago, the "touch screen sound" feature was OK. When I touched the screen, a "beep" sound followed. I noticed today that it doesn't work anymore.

        Robin Oh im sorry, thought you were talking about volume control. Not sure about that touch beep setting.

                  Robin maybe a reset to factory settings will help? I really don't know...

                      Robin Reboot the HU once you turn the setting on. I don't know specifically but it seems sometimes a configuration change require a reboot...or maybe thats just me thinking so.....

                        MihaiFlorin How do I make factory reset?

                            Robin In the android settings/system/reset options (pasword - 3368)/erase all data (factory reset). Just let me know if it solved your problem. I am curious too.

                                          I've made a little progress. When I have the speakers connected via the internal amplifier, everything is ok. Beep soud and ringtone is ok. When I connect external amplifier via RCA output, The problem occurs. No ringtones, no beep sound.

                                          Today I tried to connect my amp with DUDU7 via fiber optics. Ringtone and touch screen beep sound is ok.
                                          This means that this error only affects the rca output.
