MihaiFlorin I've followed the link and it won't install. I may have the updated firmware already? The steps I have taken are:
1 download the firmware at your link
2 attempt to install by using OTA app and selecting manual install
3 error message as per photos appears
Not sure what I'm doing wrong 🤦🙏

      RioG Extract the system upgrade package to the root directory of the flash disk, and the flash disk will be automatically upgraded when it is inserted.

          RioG PIPThe conflict is that you set the same PIP in two places.

            dudu-langzi the unzipped folder or zipped? The PIP has been changed and is not duplicated, still has conflict (unless I'm missing something obvious but can't see it)..

                RioG Copy the files only after unzipping, not the folder.

                  Ok...this is what I have on a usb stick. Please feel free to explain to me like I'm an idiot because although I have tech experience this is confusing me. What do I do next please?. One photo is before extracting the next is the extracted (on usb)

                    Im also not sure what is meant by "latest version 1008 and not 0927". I can't find that anywhere 🤦

                      RioG Copy the files inside the folder to the root of USB. If you want to keep data, then delete the updatecfg.txt file

                      Well, for 7870, the latest version is 1008, and for 7862, the latest version is 0927. I guess the person tried to tell you this so that you don't have to be confused.

                            wwest2 Thanks mate but I'm still lost. The second photo has the folder contents on a usb stick. Where is the root of the usb stick? What does that mean? Sorry to be a pain in the a*#se but I don't follow what I need to do

                                RioG Take out of the files in the folder and leave the files only.

                                      Well...not sure if anything has changed. PIP still not working for me. Screenshots for ref. Appreciate the support though 🙏

                                          It does not work automatically. You have to select the pip1, pip2 and pip3 shortcuts in all apps.

                                          RioG Select PIP in Layout - Home Layout mode(I think it was called like that) if it was set as Navi.

                                            Ich meine da wo du alle Apps hast. Da gibt es eine Verknüpfung für pip1, pip2 und pip3

                                              JhonnyD Yes I get that Jhonny....I have set them in the PIP setup section in the pics and mirrored them in the bottom toolbar. I had it working before the update but not sure why its playing up now.

                                                  bottom 3 widgets are the pip selected ones
