What year is your xtrail? I have a 2021 North American Qashqai and the wiring harness I was sent (option B) was wrong. There is a 2019 and above change that is required. I have same canbox and selected either trial high or Qashqai high and SWC work fine.

It's a 2017. The weird thing is that my reverse cam works, even if i change a completely different box, and a random car model.

wwest2 Is there a difference between SWC learning and being able to change SWC buttons to do different things? This is the first I heard that if you have a canbus then SWC learning isn't applicable. I was planning to switch volume SWC with switching stations but I won't attempt if not possible. thx.

As far as I know, SWC learning is the function to customize which function to use for each button on the SWC, when you first set up the unit. However, since canbus assigned the buttons already, this is not possible for cars with canbus. Changing SWC button's a bit different, since it replaces the existing function to other one, but it's not available for the cars with canbus, too. Only choosing the apps for Mode button seems possible now.

Happy to say i managed to get everything to work. Turns out one of the connectors wasn't seated properly.

You probably only have SWC and some of the minor Canbus stuff like reverse and light signal. Do you have any more enhanced Canbus functions working?

My reverse camera works but non of the steering wheel buttons.

Hi, I am new here. I am thinking on purchase this radio in a few weeks, my car is a Qashqai J10 2013. My canbus is XP/Simple soft NS-SS-04A, same as OP. I have problems with combination os DUDU7+ this CANBUS? Thanks in advance.

PS: my car was equipped in factory with 360 cameras (I change it in a near future) and BOSE system sound.

I've installed DUDU7 in a Qashqai J10 with Bose system too, and i figured out that canbus box does nothing (and need re-wiring socket).

Geruda32 Friend I haven´t radio and peripherals yet. I buy it Nov 30. When I install all, I send pictures of process. For BOSE working well, I read is needed to cut all speaker cables between car and radio and in side of car, install RCA for every channel and connect to OUT F and R RCA radio

Oops, misunderstood, sorry 😅
I've installed DUDU 7 in a Nissan Qashqai J10 2011 with bose audio, no need to cut all wires to have sound don't worry 😅.
But I had to modify a large part of the wiring harness for the SWC, stock 360 camera, reverse signal and Bose system to work (the canbus was useless in my situation).
Anyway, if you encounters problem after install, write here 😉.

Geruda32 Problem in our car is connection to audio, because cables don't link to speakers, are connect to amplifier. Is possible cable without modifications is working, but configuration can overload amplificator because we put speaker power and amplificator needs only pre- signal, this is processed by amp and amp convert signal to audio 😀.
