Hi, Have you checked to make sure your default navigation app is set as Waze and also checked the mixing setting..
Easiest way to check the mixing is press the volume up or down button, and click the three dots at the top of the volume bar, a new bar will appear for the mixing.
You have likely checked, but also check that you have Waze setting set to announce warnings

The messages and warnings in Waze are active.
The route guidance works without problems but the warning messages cannot be heard

So after a road trip through Europe, the problem is further narrowed down.
The voice from Waze is always played for route instructions and warnings, e.g. construction site, railway crossing, police checkpoint, etc.
The sound for confirmation of warnings or notification of events does not come.
The sound also does not come for speeding.
The sound when you leave the route and it is recalculated is very quiet, so you only hear this sound when you turn the volume up almost to full.
