Canbus support for Renault Clio 3 2009 not working well

Dudu7 - latest beta DuduOS. Hiworld decoder for clio 3 / Megane 2. Steering wheel controls work but no other data from the canbus is visible anywhere in DuduOS and DuduOS does not recognize reverse gear so does not start the 360 camera view automatically. What to do?

For the vehicle types Clio 3/Megane 2 under this decoder brand, data from Canbus has not been integrated yet.
Afterwards, we will connect the data from Canbus for this vehicle type.

Regarding the issue with 360 camera, please check Setup>Vehicle>Factory Set>Reverse Mode: Panorama 360.
If the 360 camera still cannot be activated, check if the Reverse Signal Wire is connected correctly.

I had the same problem. The suggested CAN box is crap, only SWC and PDC, but no additional info and also no reverse gear detection. I use my old simple CAN Box with no data connection to head unit but with working reverse gear detection.

There seem to be a lot of different levels of vehicle support but no documentation...

rille How can there be no reverse gear detection? How can the reverse lens be triggered without reverse gear detection? Is there something wrong with the connection?

It doesn't work and it's no connection problem... Possibly only automatic gear is supported or it's just not implemented. And my car model is not in the list, only a similar model at the same platform. Documentation doesn't exist. And the suggestion from support chat was: "Have you debugged the Canbus protocol yet? My friend.". Useless... Does this person have any idea how many messages are send over the bus? A lot. There's no chance to simply "debug". And it's not my task, the CAN Box should do it's job. And I'm not his friend.
