Problem with freezing the image from the 360 cameras

Radio DUDU7. I have a problem with the 360 camera image freezing. When I manually turn on the 360 view program - it works correctly. However, when I engage reverse gear and the 360 view starts automatically, everything is ok for about 2 seconds, then the image freezes for 10 seconds, after which it starts working correctly again. What can I do about it?

Saszun Try updating to the latest version 241008. You can update via USB since I heard that on 240912 version, the ota menu doesn't show the update.

When installing the Global_DUDU7870_2410081844_2409271727 file from USB I get the message "update verification failed. Version too low or file modified. Download the file again."

Saszun Try to install the firmware as the traditional method.

Traditional Method: Download the complete 7z upgrade file from the provided link, extract it to a USB drive, and install by inserting the USB drive into your car's head unit.

You have to extract the files on the root directoy of the USB. Also, updatecfg.txt should be excluded if you want to keep the data.
