@DUDU-Meng I repeat the procedere with the manual sync as finish. It is still exactly the same, no names, searching works. I dont want to make more videos of that because its hard to not expose my contacts. Sure this time i made the manuall sync after initially setup the bluetooth connection. Blinkfile is in private channel
@ScorpionSX Tough i had my watch connected during above procedere i tried it without any other bluetooth connected to the phone but unfortunately it does not the trick

Click to download contacts on the main Bluetooth call interface of DUDUOS, and tell you if there are any errors in this step.
Export the Bluetooth log blink.txt file and upload it here.

What is missing? I deleted all bluetooth connection from dudu and phone, set the bluetooth log to on, pair my phone, sync contacts, set bluetooth log off and send you the file.
I see this system version file you sent me for the very first time. Hopefully my settings will remain.

@DUDU-Meng Before installing the last file you sent me,bi get a new behave. Even i changed nothing the contacts where gone. I started sync and now it gives me feedback that i should open the duduauto bluetooth settings on my phone, confirm and sync. After do so (even the sync is already alowed) it just repeat to pop up the message but does not sync anymore.

In this case, the prompt is that your mobile phone's Bluetooth settings do not authorize address book permissions for DUDUAUTO.
But the screenshot you sent me shows that you have authorized this address book. You can try to cancel the pairing and then pair again.

I pair already hundret times new. The process is horrable because the dudu pin safety is oldstyle 4 numbers from last century and i have to confirm even the code on my phone is 6 numbers.
So to be honest It is not safe possible to pair it at all

actually its a google pixel 7, Android 17.
What i tested on top is Samsung Galaxy A14, Android 13
For both phones pairing process do not match codes!

Yes man. That was the problem. With magnification off it shows me the names. Thanks for your time and all the team to find that.
Now i am back to my old problem that its all to small for reading during driving. I would love to get you the bt phone app compatible with magnification, and i dream about that the enhanced layout in minimalist mode and all the other layouts like normal mode, borderless, dual pip etc. also get magnification compatible.
