Your ylog just turned on the switch and then turned it off again. There was no hibernation operation in between.
In addition, you need to click on the upper right corner and only select AP log.

Open ylog. Select Custom in the upper right corner and click OK. In the pop-up menu, select only AP and cancel all others.
Use your car normally
Wait until the hibernation failure occurs the next time you drive. You can enter the ylog interface again to stop log printing, and then export the ylog folder of the built-in storage.

Also, does your fiber optic decoder not support high sampling rates? You can try changing the sampling rate. This phenomenon can occur if high sampling rates are not supported.
Also, is there any pattern for your hibernation failure? I saw earlier that you said that the hibernation failure occurred if the music was not paused. Which player APP are you using?

DUDU-Meng it did occur during music as well but now it is randomly doing it.

I can switch to 192kHz sample rate if you think it can improve the situation.

Edit: 192kHz causes random clicks and pops. I'm using Helix DSP 3s which supports 192kHz via coaxial. I'm using coaxial output and 96khz works fine.

What is your fiber sampling rate setting? Can changing this parameter solve the problem of silence after waking up from sleep?

DUDU-Meng Hello! It starts up every day for me too! It drives the car's electrical system completely crazy, I think it eats up the battery. I erase the error codes, then it's fine for a few days, then the error codes come back, it usually does it when the engine is not running and I'm listening to music. DUDU-Meng Hello, it is very likely true that my DSP is not capable of running high sample rates. Unfortunately, its manual does not specify its max capable sampling rate (It specifies 192 khz generally, although I doubt that this applies to optical as well). That is why I have configured the dudu to output 48khz.

Is it possible that the dudu sometimes "forgets" what I have configured after waking up from sleep? Is there something I can do to help the investigation, maybe with new YLog?

Fastback Audio engineers say that this situation is very common. As long as your device does not run a high sampling rate but you select a high sampling rate, there is probably no sound after waking up from sleep. The test method is to change to a low sampling rate. If there is no problem, then this is the reason.
If you are sure that your device is actually running at 190kHz, you can try to capture ylog. When capturing, you need to turn on AP and Connectivity.

DUDU-Meng I'm using USB audio from DUDU7 since last couple of days and in that time Optical output was set at 192kHz.

Still there's restart.

DUDU-Meng It is not possible to change the sampling rate on my DSP. I have set it to 48khz in the dudu, but the problem still happens. Also the device did a full reboot recently:

Drove for 40 minutes
Parked for 50 minutes
Radio did a full reboot on its own (meaning sleep didn't work)
Optical sound didn't work as well this time even with a full boot (it is set to the lowest 48khz in the dudu settings!)
Had to do another reboot manually for audio to start working

DUDU-Meng so, after 6 days, of daily driven, no restart.

I'm using USB audio currently and no SPDIF.
I've set SPDIF to 192kHz.
No restarts in 6 days.

However, I tried SPDIF at 192kHz and it has clicks and pops for me. I'm using 75Ω Coaxial cable, and my DSP can accept 192kHz over coax. Don't know why it happens.

For now, disconnected the SPDIF coax from DUDU7 and added that to Digital to Digital converted from SMSL.
