Bz11.20 in benz w212

Hi, I bought the Hiworld canbus for Benz W212/W204 recommended by you , but it doesn't work at all. I should mention right away that a Raise canbus along with its wiring harness works without any issues.
I plug in the BZ 11.20 and there is absolutely no response. Here is what I've done:

Checked the wiring using pinouts and a multimeter. All cables are in the correct pins and have continuity. CAN L, CAN H, and UART TX and RX are correct.
There is no 12v on acc out, when ignition is on
When I short the 12V and 12V wake-up pins, the radio turns on. I've tried selecting different canboxes in the settings, but it doesn't change anything. There are no readings from the CAN line. Zero reaction.
Do you have any ideas? Could the canbox be faulty?

I was misled by a HiWorld representative on Telegram and WhatsApp, as well as by the shop where I bought the device. Although they had received this information from the manufacturer. Not very professional, considering they boast about their partnership with Dudu. Money down the drain.
