can a usb device be connected with a Y cable to the carbox? like a usb dac for example?

if it cannot be done with this version, would you consider making one with that option?

it would be nice to have a way to bypass stock headunit with bad outputs.

hello, no, i will try to explain what i want to do and you tell me if its posible or not.

i want to connect this carbox to my oem headunit (oem headunit has bad audio output/noise) and connect a usb dac to the carbox, so that way audio comes out from the dudubox and not from the oem headunit, that way i can get a better clean signal to my external dsp/amplifier.

so the idea is if posible to use a Y usb cable or usb hub to connect the head unit and the dac at the same time to the carbox.

maybe that way i can retain oem headunit functions like swc, etc and have an android interface with clean audio output.

please let know if there is something i need to explain better.

Carbox requires your car's infotainment system to support Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. Also, Carbox only has one Type-C port. I think I understand what you mean. Since we default to wired connection for audio and video transmission, if your car supports it, you can select Bluetooth output in Carbox to connect the audio to your car's built-in speakers or other DSP Bluetooth car audio systems.

These seem very expensive at over $500+ for the premium unit as on aliexpress.

The expense makes it prohibitive for testers to buy and provide feedback, am I able to purchase or obtain a beta test unit as a tester?

That's exactly what i am saying.
Here un Germany you get the devices for free. Why? Because you do the testing and reporting and the manufacturer saves money because they don't need extra employees.
And after the test you can send it back or in 98% of the time you can keep it.
Here we have to buy all devices for to much money.
Even in the priority group we have to spend really much money for test devices. And in most cases they don't work properly or are broken after some time or they say you get the better version for free but then you have to pay again when the updated device is ready.
I did this one time. They sended backup cameras, and after sending the cameras they told us they are getting to hot, so they brake, or the sealing was not good i don't remember right now.
You get the updated version for free when it is ready.
The i should pay again. I said no and never bought a test device again.

Rest assured, Carbox is a mature product. It has been validated in our domestic market for a long time, and many customers overseas have also been validating it for a long time. Therefore, it cannot be considered a testing device.The main goal is to let more friends experience Carbox.😂

Créé de nouveaux produits c'est bien mais avant ça il serait bien aussi de faire en sorte que vos votre os pour dudu7 fonctionne correctement et d'ajouté certaines fonctionnalités à celui ci vu votre partenariat avec hiworld par exemple ajouter la possibilité de faire une mise à jour ôta du canbus serait vraiment sympa quz'd ont vois que des autoradio Android bas de gamme possède cet option aussi je ne comprend pas pour quoi quand je choisis la marque et le model ainsi que l'année de ma voiture l'interface pour les sièges chauffant ne s'affiche pas alors que quand je met un autre véhicule l'interface s'affiche bref il y'a e'cvore du boulot sur votre os ainsi que sur le mcu surtout quand on regarde la date de la dernière mise à jour du mcu il serait temps de faire quel que chose

Hi,
I recently purchased a C3 from Alibaba.
It has quite impressive performance.
I was able to transmit the C3's media audio to an Audison B-CON using its Bluetooth function.
And it even used LDAC coding! Amazing!
However, it seems that it cannot connect to all receiver models.
For some reason, it wouldn't connect to my LOXJIE D30.
I've been searching for it, but I can't find it.
One more thing. Every time the C3 starts up, the Bluetooth audio volume drops to a low level (around 20%).
Is there a way to keep it at 100% volume all the time?

falcon50 The volume issue is pending a fix. As for the connectivity issue: the Bluetooth speaker I tested connected normally.
