This problem does exist and the probability of occurrence is relatively small.
We have been trying to solve this problem, but we are not very sure which version it will be resolved in.
If you encounter this problem again next time, you can do the same:
Open the All Apps app, long press the app interface, and select the Sorting And Display Management option from the pop-up menu.
Select the Reboot Launcher application in the opened interface, and then click Save in the bottom right corner.
Return to the interface of the All Apps app and click on the Reboot Launcher app.
