Dudu7 SIM card issue, no internet ( no data connectivity)

Hi I am from India. I am facing s strange issue with Dudu7 SIM data connectivity

Tested with 3 main mobile operator sim cards in india . All SIMs are getting detucted by Dudu7 unit and showing full signal and below is the difference

1st operator sim card always showing disconnected.

2nd operator sim gets disconnected when wifi network not avaliable. Mobile netword showing connected when wifi connected

3 rd operator sim always showing connected but no internet / no data access. Tested this sim in mobile phone and working fine in mobile

Unit updated with latest OTA update. What can be the issue. Any idea how to resolve this

For some carriers, additional APN settings are required, so it is recommended to call the carrier to see if special settings are needed.

DUDU-HUANG thanks frìend. I will contact mobile Carrier regarding additional settings ( for the 3rd case). Other two are not even getting connected properly.

Try to use the APN of your phone. I had to do this to get 4G when roaming

JhonnyD Thanks frìend. I have varified APN details in mobile. APN details in mobile and Dudu7 are same. Sim woks fine in mobile and no data in Dudu7. I need to contact mobile Carrier if I required to enter any additional details like proxy etc

Tested with multiple operator SIMs available in India. Called mobile operators for additional settings. But nothing helped. Dudu7 not having internet connectivity. Dudu7 is detecting all sim and showing full signal. But no internet. Is it a software bug or hardware issue. ( same sims are working fine in other Android car Unit bought from Indian online sites, which are also manufactured in China and imported to India)

Look at your phone and compare the APN.

If it's not the same, edit it to the head units APN.
