Hello everyone.
Need advise on setting up external amplifier on the 2021 Toyota RAV4. The model comes with JBL sound system equipped with original toyota head unit. However now as we have an aftermarket Dudu7 device installed, what will be the best way of installing speakers and amplifier. What is the maximum output the device could provide, is it limited to the amplifier chip i.e
4 x 27 W 4Ω@ 14.4 V, 1 kHz, THD = 10% ?
So if I have to add dashboard speakers i.e
- Pioneer TS - A879 rated at 4Ω with maximum 100W RMS , the headunit will only output 27W ? My question then is if I increase the power of the amplifier under the Sound settings would I then be able to increase the Wattage of the speakers.
