Google Maps Theme missing

May not be a bug but there is no theme option for google maps, this may be due to Android 10 versioning but a slight annoyance when having dark mode themes on the whole device even during the day and Maps is bright white.

Just to be specific, on my phone i can go to My Profile>Settings>Theme> then turn on dark mode.... That's what i mean, the theme setting is there in Settings.

JRANGER615 Have you updated Gmaps to the latest version? I know that I can do this on my device.

Yesterday I notice that Gmaps stay with the white theme during DUDU dark mode on Minimalist Mode on PIP view. Once I select a destiny and start navigation, the GMaps turns to Dark Mode until arrive destination and stops navigation,

Battoussai In the settings of Gmaps there are 2 different settings. For the home screen and for the navigation. For the main screen I have set "follow device theme" and for the navigation "always night".
