Nav Menu forces 1st time boot config

After fixing my screen orientation i lost my Nav bar in Minimalist Layout, when re-setting NavBar to "Both Status bar and Nav Bar" the system reboots and goes through the 1st time boot config including screen adaptation
thus reverting my screen.

This is a perfectly normal setting. Is there a problem with it?

I may be miss stating what im talking about but the bottom app bar disappears when I rotate the screen. In the below picture this is before the flip and minimalist mode has the app bar) After rotation, that screen is gone. Based on nav bar settings, that's what it look like but it only is there when the screen is upside down. When i run the configuration to show both status bar and navbar it reboots, makes you go through 1st boot configuration which includes the adaption which flips the screen again. So yes, it is a bug. Shouldn't force a 1st boot/screen adaptation to change a Toolbar feature

After adjusting your screen to the correct viewing angle, re-enter the settings and reconfigure the navigation bar. Please refrain from posting duplicate threads of the same nature. Consider addressing your other questions within one of your main threads and delete any redundant posts.

This thread isn't about the rotation, its about the Fact changing the NAV BAR function, forces a "1st Time Boot" sequence. Changing a visual style shouldnt force a "1st time boot sequence". Yes, the adaptation runs after it which may be a necessary evil, but also having to go through the entire 1st time boot sequence screen shouldn't happen.
