Waze as a default nav app

I would like to ask if you use Gemini for direction , if is possible instead of google map to use waze map
Also i would like yo ask if i have waze on PIP in my screen if is possible to activate the microphone from the DUDU steering wheel controller

Gemini can be used for navigation, but No for Waze or any other Nav app: Google defaults only to Google Maps. (Yes, I know that Waze is also owned by Google)

Yes. It is possible to activate the microphone, but it is not possible to give navigation commands. You can't say something like "Open waze; navigate to ...". At least not with the standard Google Assistant or Toppal. Maybe Gemini does support this, but 3 months ago I could not say "open magic earth and navigate to ..".

Now if you use Android Auto or Apple CarPlay, it works with any Navigation that that is supported by AA or AC.
If I then use Magic Earth or OsmAnd inside AA, I can say "navigate to .." and it simply works.

So please test and report back.
