Jsuy bringing this topic back up. It worked for me previously I am outside China. However with the new update it is not working anymore. I could see the total km's travelled each day on the calendar widget previously. Is that something to do with the Server location ?

For me it does not show any data

In the update before the latest it always crashed.

Now it works but stays at 0.

For me it was not showing any trip data. Now it's showing only distance travelled each day. Not tavelled map. Plz check below thread

Please check if there is any available travel data in the past few days.

I have a Dudu7 and I have the same problem. I'm in Italy and the widget does not show any data

I saw that from the account menu where the travel service is active the account is continuously disconnected and reconnected. is it normal?

Hi, I have the same problem, trip widget is not working, all values are just zeroes. My region is set to Europe, I have registered and logged into my account, Trip History enabled, but the service keeps constantly disconnecting (it is cycling between Service Disconnected -> Information Verifying -> Service Connected -> Service Disconnected... and so on).

What could be wrong and what can I do to make it working?
