Divakar Hi. I would like to know what this service is and when it says backup to cloud.How do we access the cloud to see if the file exists.There is an exipration time mentioned ,how do we extend it. Is this a paid service? I was also wondering what those three symbols under username is for? Sorry if these questions were asked before, but I am new to the DUDU 7 family. Thanks

By the way I dont understand what you mean by "Test Users and RegularVPs". What about the backup to cloud services? Is it possible to access it in anyway. Really appreciate your responses.
DUDU-Meng Divakar Backup functionality works the same across all groups and can be used universally. You can back up your settings. Regarding beta testers and regular users, there's no need for confusion—beta testers are in our dedicated beta group, and their accounts display as “beta.”
