DuduOS help on Teyes CC3

Hi,

I have successfully installed DuduOS on my Teyes CC3 so big thanks to everyone that helped.

I have a few issues:

The screen when on Carlink app running CarPlay, have borders issues sometimes from sides and sometimes from top sometimes it is fine. (I have Navbar disabled)
The Voice SWC set to Voice from settings does not turn on Siri when running CarPlay, rather open up Google Gemini
The screen brightness cannot be set by car lights, even though i have illumination wire connected to HU and with TeyesOS, it used to detect that.
Launch apps on startup does not have option to enable CarLink 2.0, is that disabled?

HAccord8 hey I have a CC3 too and don’t know this was possible. Do you have the link to instructions to install duduOS on the CC3?

This is caused by the navigation bar. When you first open CarLink, the screen layout is already fixed. If you hide the navigation bar, black borders will appear at the top and bottom.
Conversely, if you perform the opposite action, black borders may appear on the left and right sides.
I recommend not hiding the navigation bar.

Also, i think i ruined it more. I tried to run this script thinking it will fix my issue but now the whole steering wheel controls are gone. I cannot set anything. The SWC from settings recognises my keys but does not save it.

I tried a system reset from Android settings. I tried re install DuduOS 6 but cannot set steering wheel controls anymore.

The issue where the SWC voice button fails to activate Siri after connecting to CarPlay has been resolved. Simply upgrade to the latest version. The system version released in late October will address this.

mine all SWC keys have been gone. I am unable to set any key now, after trying to run that script. I tried a factory reset and tried to reinstall DuduOS6 3.6 and still unable to set anything

The MCU version of CC3 differs from ours. You'll need to install the CC3 SWC app yourself to configure the buttons.

DUDU-Meng the buttons were working until i ran the script that i found on other post like 2 hours ago. How to undo that?

DUDU-Meng mate, good news i reset it a few times, buttons started working + Siri is also working with Voice button. Very nice. 3 issues are sorted after reset.

How to raise a request to fix the intermittent border issues when navbar is disabled.?

Do not hide the navigation bar. If you need to hide it, this is the effect you'll get—there's no workaround.
The system firmware update scheduled for late October will resolve this issue.
As long as your lights are detected, you can adjust their brightness. Go to Settings > Display > Day/Night Switch Mode > Light Switch or Light Mix Mode to achieve the desired effect.
CarLink does not require auto-launch. If you enable Auto-Connect, it will automatically connect to CarPlay once it detects your iPhone's Bluetooth connection.

DUDU-Meng 2,3 and 4 are already resolved. Can i raise system bug with developer to have a look at it please?

The first issue cannot be resolved. The layout of crplay is adjusted only once at runtime; subsequent changes to the navigation bar will not trigger a re-layout based on resolution.
You must disconnect, close CarLink, reopen it, and reconnect to resolve this.

DUDU-Meng i have Navbar disabled so why it still tries to leave gaps for it? Why it doesn't adjust correct resolution at runtime then?

DUDU-Meng I have also encountered this issue. The last step you provided will temporarily resolve, but it will reoccur when I reboot the unit, even though NavBar has already been disabled.

Saburo I second this, it is a bit annoying as my unit has physical buttons and i don't want a navbar and prefer full screen on app and this behaviour with CarLink app is ruining the experience

Please provide here the correct link where we can download v20251103 you are referring to, or another latest version for the 7862 unit with the CarLink SDK updated.

DUDU-Meng can you please provide the link to the latest version of 3.7 the one you were referring too saying it doesn't have the door animation issue and the CarPlay resolution fix.

My current version is 3.7 - v20251104, same like the screenshot i have posted
