Hi, we dont know the type of your dudu head unit (DUDU 4/5/6/7) and we don't see anything on your picture.

Format USB Stick to FAT32, extract the content of .7z archive in root of USB Stick and insert USB on your HU.
Press "Reset" first time (top left of screen), wait for DUDU boot logo appears and press reset second time, your device will start flashing firmware on USB Stick.
If nothing happens after flash, it may be a hardware problem, so contact your seller for warranty.
