I’ve had this head unit for about three weeks, and I started experiencing an unusual issue today. There are two problems:
Volume button malfunction
As shown in the video, pressing only the volume up button causes the unit to behave erratically—it restarts the song, changes the volume on its own, and sometimes even reboots. Everything works normally until I press volume up.
Sleep mode issue
The head unit is set to enter sleep mode, but occasionally when I start the car, it doesn’t wake from sleep as expected. Instead, it performs a full reboot.
Do you have any ideas what might be causing these issues?
