benzol let's clear a few things.
- The blue dongle you've got I will NOT connect to duduOS obd. Only BLE devices would which this one (I have a second similar) isn't. It can work only in standard android Bluetooth on DUDU and 3rd party apps like torque.
- Dudu OBD is BLE and will connect via connection OBD in the DuduOS. If you don't see it then:
A. the dongle is paired either to android system Bluetooth on DUDU
B. the dongle is paired to your phone
C. the dongle is defective.
When in proximity of the powered on DUDU OBD dongle, check: Android Bluetooth on DUDU (system one in android settings), your phone Bluetooth. If it's showing as paired in any of this, unpair it.
To avoid such mix up and frequent pairing / umpiring, pair Dudu obd to Dudu os, and blue one to android Bluetooth. They would work alongside, no re-pairing necessary.
