No one will offer a CANBUS firmware update until you describe the problem.
Whether the problem lies with the CANBUS box and whether the update can solve it is up to Raise to determine.
If someone offers a CANBUS box firmware update, would you try it? What if the update causes more serious problems or damages the CANBUS box (which has happened) and they don't have the original version? What should you do? Should they compensate you with a brand new CANBUS box? (Is that a good intention followed by a bad outcome?)
