Hello, I recently installed a display with the DUDU6 system. As I told you, I'm having a problem with my phone. I can't hear the call through the car speakers. I've tried all the registration options. I followed the instructions in the user manual to pair the phone, but I still can't hear it when I call. The microphone works, and the person I'm calling can hear me perfectly, but I can't hear anything in the car; it remains silent. I also can't hear the ringtone. I've set everything up as described in the user manual and also unpaired the original Bluetooth. I've installed the OTA updates. I don't know what the problem is, but I can't make calls from the car.
I've contacted them via Telegram chat, and no one has been able to solve the problem. They supposedly reported it to a technician, but I haven't received a response either.
