Stunna I also have a problem with a data-only sim card, it shows that the range is full, it shows a 4G icon next to the range, but after trying to connect to the internet it cannot establish a connection.
APN is valid
The device was restarted after inserting the card.

JhonnyD Other than the Android versions on the phone DUDU7 is a heavily modified Android version so updating the Android version is much more work than on a phone with less customization. So maybe a future DUDU8 or DUDU9 is based on a newer Android version.
Additionally without looking at the version information I am not able to tell from a random phone which Android version it is running - the changes are nowerdays just so small.
But I understand that it is really annoying if an App stops to work on older Android versions - shame on the developer. But it still doesn't mean, that the version running now on the device will not continue to runn in future.

DUDU-Meng When trying to update the system to version 3.7b2, it gave an error and did not want to update from USB, as the flash drive was formatted (tried with 2 different brands and capacities), so I would wait for an online update.

If the USB drive is unusable, you can extract the files to internal storage. After rebooting the system, it will still detect the boot files and proceed with the upgrade.

i went to verizon and told them i had a tablet that need internet and my kids had it and gave him the imei and he went in the back and came back with a sim card and have had no other issues other than slow to boot up and connect
