We have no canbus reactions for various events on an Audi A4 Models B6 and B7 (produced between 2001 and 2008)(models are are the same regarding canbus).
There is no reaction for opening front left door (only sometimes recognized), front right door, rear left door, rear right door, trunk, hood.
besides that there is no recognition when putting in a reverse gear so that the rear view camera will be triggered and powered trough a power cable from DUDU7 unit. its not clear which cable will provide 12v only trough trigger instead of the existing 2 ones which seem to provide always on 12v only)

the filenames tell you which doors are opened.
i hope you can add fast our Audis to your list of compatibel cars. we (german Audi car club) waiting already longer that all works as stated longer ago.
