Clock/time not accurate at startup

My clock is not correct when I turn my car on after being tuned off for multiple hours such as overnight or being at work for the day. After it connects to cell service the time will update to the correct time. This did not happen when I was originally on os 3.5 or when I was on os 3.6. This start after I rolled back to version 3.5. Is there a setting I need to change to keep my clock/time updated even when the car is off. Thanks

Occasionally, this issue may occur.
DUDU7 features a dedicated RTC chip that preserves time, but it achieves maximum accuracy only when synchronized via network or GPS. If wake-up times remain incorrect after each sleep cycle, please capture an ylog for us to analyze the cause. Thank you.

DUDU-Meng thanks. Do i upload the ylog here or who should i send the log to. Thanks. Also i find that it takes longer for my cellular connection to finally connect after every time i turn on the car.

Are you currently using the older version of the 3.5 system?
The time synchronization service zone for the 3.5 system is currently experiencing issues. You need to update to the new system to enable normal time synchronization over the network.

DUDU-Meng thanks. Where do i send a ylog? I am on 3.5 but will not update until Carplay is availabe in PIP again. My problems started when i rolled back to 3.5. Everthing worked perfectly originally on 3.5 and then i updated to 3.6 but without carplay in pip. I want access to carplay in pip do i did a downgrade and that is when my issues started. Do you still want a ylog?

3.5 This issue has been confirmed. The latest version has already fixed it, so there is no need to provide YLog.
The time synchronization service for 3.5 has been shut down and is no longer available.
