To clarify, you currently have two issues.
Issue 1: DUDU can play Bluetooth music, but the phone's media audio cannot be activated, preventing sound from playing through DUDU.
Issue 2: During calls, you can hear the other party but they cannot hear you, correct?
Regarding the first issue, I suspect this shouldn't occur. Please double-check if both conditions are met: Is Bluetooth music already running? And is the phone's Bluetooth media audio permanently unable to activate?
For the second issue, first test the microphone: Open the calculator app, enter 000.= to check microphone pickup.
If the microphone works normally, create a new folder named “blinkdebug” in your local directory, then reboot the system. A TXT file will automatically generate inside this folder. Now, make a call to reproduce the scenario where the other party cannot hear you. Finally, send me this TXT file. Thank you.
