Can't hear sound or microphone during Bluetooth call

I use dudu os3. I can still listen to music from my phone through the car audio system. But I can't hear any sound or microphone when making calls via Bluetooth. Does anyone know how to fix it???

fantasylove did you mean you cannot hear the other party when you place a call and you have call screen on DUDU?

You don't need to capture logs anymore—the issue is right here. You're using the built-in Bluetooth, and built-in Bluetooth simply cannot hear call audio.
Please switch to an external standalone Bluetooth device, and the problem will be resolved.

Mikescotland I make a phone call from my phone. With original ROM, I can hear & talk phone call with my car audio system. But with dudu ROM I can only hear music from Bluetooth

Your original FYT stock firmware is likely a very old version, which still supported built-in Bluetooth calling at the time.
Most platforms now no longer support SOC-integrated Bluetooth for calling in newer versions. FYT has explicitly stated it will not maintain the built-in Bluetooth calling feature. We recommend using high-performance external standalone Bluetooth modules like the Qualcomm QC3031 and 8761.
Since all DUDU products feature external Bluetooth modules, we cannot maintain public versions with motherboards that have had the Bluetooth module removed.
If your device still has the Bluetooth module intact, switching to an independent Bluetooth module will resolve all your issues. Thank you.

i've search with keyword QC3031 but i only get boards like this.

I believe your device does not support the 3031 Bluetooth module. If you wish to add an external module, you will need to solder on the 8761 Bluetooth module.
