DUDU-Meng all of it, i even re-install the app too. in the app got perfect thumbnail for all the video, but when finished download(took awhile too) still wont play.

DUDU-Meng usually after formatted the disk, 1 to 2 videos recorded alright, later non can be played.

Od siebie mogę dodać, że dosyć często niestety zdarza się uszkodzone wideo. Miniaturka cała a po pobraniu nie ma możliwości odtworzenia na urządzeniu. Sama prędkość pobierania też szału nie robi.

After formatting the SD card, you can record two videos that play normally, but subsequent videos won't play?
Did you format it within the DVR app? Please take a photo of the SD card's specifications.

DUDU-Meng jest to zupełnie losowe. Jeden film, który nagrywany był normalnie podczas jazdy, po pobraniu nie odtwarza się. Drug, który był nagrany bezpośrednio po tamtym, działa normalnie. Nie ma niestety jakiejś zależności.

@DUDU-Meng you need to fix the DVR app or the firmware of the camera. I don't know what is causing the problem when downloading videos to the headunit. I have the same problem as the friend above every time I want to view some of the recorded videos. The first video usually plays but after that it is a matter of luck if the next videos will play... My memory card, a SanDisk Extreme 256GB has been verified on my PC and works perfectly... And no, I do not refer to videos that are recorded after 5 minutes the car is locked. I refer to videos while I am driving... Please fix the issue...

ok, i thought my unit was the culprit. so seems everyone has the same issues. sometimes i realize it wont start recording on its own. You have to go to setting & pick video then it start again. What a mess. Im thinking of switching back to my xiaomi camera. Please do something about this before any incident happen & we dont have any recording for proof.

hadious Hadious, can you test if the videos that are not playbable in DUDU 7, can be played correctly on your PC/laptop. For me it seems that they can be played ok without problem on my PC... I will test again at some point, but from what I saw, the recordings are playbable on the PC. For me the DVR application has a lot of bugs... The DUDU team needs to implement a driver so we can access the videos of microSD from the File Explorer.

At the moment the videos are downloaded and stored in the internal memory of the DUDU 7. That is very insufficient because it consumes the internal memory of the headunit... The videos should be playbable directly from the memory card, maybe with a small buffer on the headunit that is flushed out after the video is closed...

referravag Can you provide a few recorded files that DUDUD cannot play but play normally on a PC?

DUDU-Meng mine all cannot play even in pc, no matter whatever player codec i used. But recently it works fine (i think so as i will monitor this closely). what i did was, i format the disk using pc as fat format. works ok for the moment. previously i format it using the dvr app.

What is the storage capacity of the SD card you're using? Could you upload a photo? It would be helpful to see its specifications.

Is the video unable to play after downloading it using DUDU? Or is it also unplayable when you remove the SD card and use a card reader on your PC?
