DUDU4 Touch screen unresponsive. HELP!

【1】The touchscreen is unresponsive and the microphone doesn’t work. I can use my steering wheel controls to navigate the source, where Songs is selected. I can also control the up and down arrows to adjust volume, left and right arrows from the steering wheel to select songs. The A/C controls work fine and when I adjust the temperature with the manual knobs from OEM A/C controls, the display shows it being adjusted.

So the two major problems:

Touchscreen is unresponsive.
The microphone doesn’t work.

Disassemble the device and try plugging the Mic and Touch FPC cables in reverse.

Vargrr155 Unsrew the 4 screws at the metal back corners and you will see the cables that dudu-lai told you.
With carefull lift the black ones and pull the ribbons and the put it back in place and close the black ones.
Now screw back the 4 screws and test again the unit if it all OK.
