Dudu7 on BMW e46 no reverse gear/ reverse camera display

I installed the suplied canbox with the unit. The box works because it shows animations on screen when doors are opened, but i can not make the reverce camera to work. How can know if the unit detects reverse gear trough CAN? I cant find anythig related in the setings.

What brand of CANBUS are you using?

OEM camera or retrofit?

The CANBUS that came with the unit and retrofit camera. The CANBUS works because i see animation of open doors onscreen. But the unit does not switch to reverse camera when the gear is engaged. Should the unit read reverse gear from CAN on bmw e46? Or i must connect feed from reverse lights? In the manual it says if canbox is used the reverse detect cable must not be supplied with 12v. And wire for reverse detect goes in the canbox with the original loom that came with the unit.

If the CANBUS box does not provide reverse 12V power, connect G5 to the positive terminal of the reverse light.

Yes. The G5 cable in the original loom that came with the unit is going in the CANBOX and there is no +12v on it when the car is in reverse gear. When i try to supply with +12v from the camera - nothing happens and there is +12v on the wire from the camera

Is there an application that i must install? in the DVR application i see the feed from the camera
