same error in my unit - since the last update . I dont know if navradio+ or poweramp ( both installed ) is involved ..
Clearing cache of apps, clearing cache of system, even a complete factory reset does not kick this message away. Thanks for investigating in this !

I also had a custom equaliser set on my device, where has that setting gone and how can I download the profile again?

The sound is very quiet and the equaliser is so out of balance, please help

DUDU-Meng Yes, max volume is very quiet. And my custom equaliser profile has been removed. I got the profile through the sound settings on duduos v3.5 but that option doesn't seem available now and my sound is not good.

I would like to roll back to v3.5, where can I get the apk file please?

DUDU-Meng I found v3.5 APK file. I am going to revert back, this update is not suitable for my car (2016 Toyota Prado). Please let me know when the sound settings are fixed and I will reinstall

DUDU-Meng Hi Meng, I found the problem. It was in vehicle settings, there is a car volume setting that was very low. Thanks for you help

I have just noticed that the music widget is no longer displaying album art correctly

I use AIMP and I know it use to work properly which is displaying the album art already stored in the file of the track like AIMP does but now I've noticed AIMP displays correct artwork but widget either doesn't display any or displays artwork it has sourced itself from somewhere which sometimes is completely wrong?...

Can anyone help?

liamstears Allegedly it's AIMP fault, not DUDU (so I was told in a very heated discussion here in another thread). Same happens with UAPP (USB Audio Player) and developers of theset apps are guilty, never DUDU (even if any other widget and Android shows correct cover). You won't win with them... 🙂 PS. Even worse if you have DUDU connected to the internet - it will pull 90% of times completely irrelevant cover from Chinese servers, and this can't be switched off..

Not sure if you have to use UAPP for USB audio etc, but I use Bubble Upnp which works well most of the time (connected to internet via sim using Tidal streaming service)
Can also read local files etc also

Thanks for the reply, this got me curious as I know I didn't have this issue before so I downgraded AIMP to 4.12.1519 and album art works perfectly!

I wonder if maybe there has been some sort of update in apps about how the artwork data is sent and for most use cases it works fine but there's an incompatiblity with Dudu OS...

I will look into this further and check change logs for AIMP see if I can see anything...

reg66 I don't need to use it, if any other app does the same but I'm used to it. The point is that this happens only on DUDU widget and not only with UAPP...
PS i didn't find in the app description suggesting it uses usb audio bit perfect?

Ah I'm not sure if it does support bit perfect USB, if even at all - I don't use that function. I just meant if you were dependent on that with UAPP then it might not be for you

Oh, I just got my Dudu7 and my 360 cameras, came to the forum. I saw the 360 cams are supposed to be updated, but I got the 307 sensor. Is it possible to exchange them before I install them in the car?

liamstears thanks for spotting it. I may actually then also try older than a, year uapp version.
However, the problem remains, why all other apps and widget capture the newest versions of apps covers, yet dudu doesn't?

Done some more digging into this and for at least AIMP it seems v4.20.1625 (latest) works fine, it's only the Beta v4.25.1656 that seems to have the issue. Looking at the change log the only change on the beta is migration to API 36 (Android 16) so maybe it's an incompatiblity with the new API for AIMP.

Maybe it's the same issue for UAPP?...
