YAOXILONG dudu-lai After the update of the MCU 2025.07.15, the physical buttons stop working, which are connected to the key1 wire. Programming has done nothing, they are not programmable.
Only the buttons that are connected by can bus.

I see you posted separately about the MCU issue. I've already restored it for you and uploaded the latest MCU that supports physical buttons.

Need some help. I went into the AppStore and updated the car model app and the car info app. I then went into the car CANBUS settings and changed my model from Camry to RAV4 (it’s a 2018 RAV4 Hybrid) but I was using the Camry because integration was good. I then rebooted the head unit and now I’m stuck at the DUDUAUTO boot up screen. What do I do.. how do I reflash?

Hi I am trying to do the update on my dudu5 unit. But the update just hangs on either 15% or 30% and that is after 4 hours.
Wifi connection is strong. Speed test 50mb/s.
I am using European region.
Any ideas

Seems that if battery power is low then it will not do the downloads correctly. Fully charged the battery and downloaded perfectly.

Is that a safe guard feature or am I just missing something.

Cywa that is the issue with me as well, I don't have iPhone but my friend has and whenever he tried (wireless) to connect, it's stuck at verification approved. Hotspot and Bluetooth connected to the same phone.

While I tried Android, it worked with a wire though.

EDIT: I think I may have answered my own question, I see the supported MC+ is BLE, this one I have is only Bluetooth, so I assume BLE is a requirement?...

liamstears correct, DuduOS internal OBD functionality only works with BLE dongles.
Yours should work with third party apps though (carscanner.info etc) if you pair using the standard Android Bluetooth pairing (settings/about/android settings/Bluetooth).

There is a problem with the synchronization of contacts with the device. In the firmware update menu, I saw a bluetooth update, updated it and now I have a problem - the system freezes when synchronizing, there is no sound when the radio is ringing. Firmware with reset of all data, full firmware, did not solve the problem, the version remained in LT 2025. How to return the bluetooth firmware for 2024?
