Dudu 7 External Mic not working

Hi, all!

I have a Dudu7 8+128 that is on 3.6E OS. The issue that I am having is that the external mic is not working at all when plugged in (tried with both the one provided with the HU and a different one that was working with a 7862 HU). When external not plugged in the internal one works, but the clarity is not really there. Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.

You're saying that before the update, the external microphone worked normally, but after the upgrade, it stopped working?
Which system version did you upgrade to when it started malfunctioning?

I can confirm this issue, after last update external mic does not work.

DUDU-Meng The version that I currently have on is 3.6 build 2508230215.

Don’t have a reference of before the update. I got the HU couple of days ago. It came as is since day 1.
