I didn’t spend this amount of money buying the complete setup directly from Mekede just to be told to “try another brand of CANBUS box.” I chose Mekede because of its reputation for quality, and I expect proper aftersales support when issues arise.
Bypassing the CANBUS decoder is not a solution—it only disables core functions that are supposed to work out of the box. The issue should be properly addressed.
You have a good product, but if this is the level of support buyers can expect, then you will lose trust quickly. I am doing this installation as part of a review for Hyundai-forums.com, and I will make sure to highlight not only the product performance but also the level of support provided after purchase.
I strongly urge you to reconsider your approach and provide a proper solution.
