Cool Mikescotland The previous android radio works without any problems with the antenna, the car is a 2002 Toyota Rav4 Diesel, I will try the wired test tomorrow and write about the result. Until then, thank you!
Mikescotland Cool vehicle > factory settings (password 108) > other settings > Antenna always ON Check on and off with the radio
Cool Mikescotland I checked and it's on. So far I've tried it in the workshop and there was no signal at all, but now it's coming in outdoors and here, but it's very bad.
Cool Mikescotland Hello! I tried your wired idea but there is no change, if I try it in the workshop then there is absolutely nothing but noise, if in the open air then there is strong static noise and barely audible radio transmission.
Cool Mikescotland That's what I was afraid of too. Thank you for your help, I am infinitely grateful.
surfer63 Cool There used to be a setting where you could put amplification on the antenna signal when your antenna did not have a builtin amplifier (something like "antenna always on" Yes/No). This solved the low signal issues. But I can't find it back. @DUDU-Meng or @DUDU-HUANG : Has that setting be removed?
dudu-lai The signal is very poor. I think it may be a problem with the antenna or the radio's selected reception area.
Cool dudu-lai Thanks for the tip, but the problem was solved: the antenna amplifier was not receiving power. I had to move the connector that came with the radio so that it would connect in the right place and it was solved. Thank you for your help.
