Hello, I inform you that the difficulty has now been overcome. I tested it with another card from another carrier, and it worked fine. I put the old one back in, and it continued working. I didn't understand; it must have been a bug.

Your sequence of actions is unusual: removing the faulty SIM card and replacing it with another one allows normal internet access.
Then reinserting the problematic SIM card resolves the issue completely?

Hi, you solved it for a while. I'm starting to think it's a carrier issue. The carrier (DIGI) is new to my country, so I think it still has some issues.

The carrier in question takes a while to register with the network.

For example, when I use the other card, the internet connection is instantaneous. When I use the DIGI card, it takes about 10 minutes to connect. There's a network, but data is slow. I think it's a carrier issue.
