APN problem

Hello,
I have a SIM card in the DUDU 7 unit, but sometimes it doesn't automatically connect to the internet. I have to manually go to the APNs and select them every time. It seems to lose memory and won't connect to the APN.
Sometimes it works automatically, sometimes not.

It automatically acquired two APNs. I deleted both and created a new one myself. But sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't connect to the APN. It disconnects. I select it after a while and go there and it's already deselected.

I've already posted the photos.I think the radio has a weak network pickup capability. For example, on the previous radio I had, it had two antennas, one for the G4+ and one for the g4-. Since this one only has one, I think the capture force is weaker, so it ends up influencing the registration on the network.

I`m also feighting with my G4 internet connection on my fresh installed DUDU7.
I can mobelize the mobil data. It is connected but there is no data stream. I also have a strength signal.
I like the check the APN but I have no access to this folder. What can I do?

PS: The Sim Card is doing well in my old cell phone. No problem.

UWE Can you try replacing the SIM card with one from another carrier?
If the APN and other settings are normal and you have a signal but cannot access the Internet, it is likely that your carrier's frequency band is not supported.

I went through a tunnel that didn't have a network.I got out of the tunnel, there is already a network and I only got internet access 10 minutes later.I think the radio needs some tweaking when it comes to the mobile network. Compared to another radio I had, the connection was instantaneous if it was available. And even if I lost it and regained it, it was instantaneous.Try to look at this situation. I think there must be some error.

Thank you for the fast replay! The Simcard provider ist using the 1&1 band which is: Band 7 (2600 MHz)
Is this usable for the DUDU7?

Hi, I think the option is only available in the beta version. You have to install the beta version.

Okay, it's a bit frustrating not to find a solution.
I have tried to supply DUDU7 with internet data via USB cable. The Iphone S6 is charging but there is no data transfer. Since this attempt, I can no longer listen to music via Bluetooth.
It is very confusing.
Once again my questions:
How can I set the APN\change. DUDU7 does not give me permission to do this.

I've been doing new tests. I've been changing the antenna location.I've noticed that there's a problem with the device's mobile network reception (antenna or radio).I can only pick up 2G networks, and with a weak signal. I would even say that it's not even picking up anything with the antenna. I'll see if I can test it with others, since the adapter is different.
